Let Go Junk Removal is top-notch! We planned to empty my MIL's condo over the course of the week. I spoke with John in advance to discuss Let Go's service and then scheduled them. He was exceptionally friendly, informative, and accommodating. Our family spent Sunday through Thursday moving along items that had use left in them and disposing of smaller items that didn't. John and his worker showed up on Friday morning to load the remaining items. They moved quickly and efficiently, maximizing every square inch of their truck. We needed an additional partial load, and Let Go was able to finish the job in one morning. That second load was prorated to half -- since it only required half the truck.Let Go really eased what is a difficult task. It's draining clearing out a loved one's earthly possessions. We were able to plan in advance and from out-of-state. The day-of hauling went very smoothly, and our family really appreciates how easy it was to work with Let Go. We highly recommend John and his team!

John and his team were both friendly and helpful. I originally asked to clean out some trash while cleaning out my parent's house. They made quick work of it and were very careful to not to dame the walls and floors.I called John back a few weeks later for the next stage of cleanup. Best service I have received in a long time! I had such a short time to move and they were great about coming within a few days of booking. Less than 2 hours to clean out my entire apartment and outdoor furniture. They were quick, very professional and took excellent care removing our large pieces of furniture without any scratches or dents. John, the owner, is so friendly and made the process more enjoyable! John and his crew were very professional. They got a very large job done in 3 hours. While John went to deliver a truck full to the dump the other two kept working to make sure everything got finished on time. They were all friendly and kind. The price was great and the over all experience was terrific. I highly recommend them and would use them 100% again.
